Quality forms the bedrock of all RS Kunststofftechnik’s activities. For this reason, a quality management system was set up right at the time the company was founded.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we strive to constantly optimise our existing quality management system in order to be able to meet technical and logistical demands.

Already during the development phase, RS Kunststofftechnik assists its customers by providing its technical knowhow. The thorough technical advice provided in advance guarantees that the optimum process workflow is in place to allow us to fulfil the customer’s requirements.

In our company, it goes without saying that all variants of initial sampling, from VDA to PPAP Level 3 (including IMDS entry) are standard practice.

By using and testing new technical procedures, RS Kunststofftechnik strives to ensure that the quality of the items produced remains at the very highest possible level, as well as to refine them further.

The environment

A stated objective of RS Kunststofftechnik’s management is to conserve natural resources. The management therefore implemented their guidelines in the form of an environmental management system that meets DIN EN ISO 14001.

RS Kunststofftechnik has made it a priority to continuously develop and improve its environmental management system such that its impact on the environment is minimised. RS Kunststofftechnik is always open to new developments and trends, and is interested in integrating them into its operations wherever they are of benefit to the environment. Naturally, any aspects that have a bearing on quality are also taken into account.
